To connect a car, plug in a compatible OBD adapter, switch on the ignition and allow Bluetooth. Maps and AI require internet access. For voice issues, check microphone permission and volume.

Delete your account

Choose Delete my account on the Bluetooth connection or Account page and confirm. A connected adapter is not required. You can also use the Cogni account-deletion website. This permanently deletes your account and its linked vehicle records.
